Anderson Farms is looking for Seasonal Ticket Booth Team Leads for our Fall Festival!

The Ticket Booth Team Lead plays an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience from the moment visitors arrive. This leadership position supports the ticketing and admissions team by providing training, troubleshooting equipment, assisting staff, and making customer service decisions throughout the day.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining consistent availability throughout the Fall Festival season. Additional hours before and after the season may be required for training, setup, and wrap-up activities.

  • Learning, operating, troubleshooting, and training staff on the Saffire Ticketing POS system and handheld barcode scanners.

  • Assisting with the training and development of new cashiers and front gate scanning team members.

  • Serving as a resource for team members by answering questions and helping resolve operational issues as they arise.
