Greetings and well met! We invite you to join our team at the Fields of New Market Campgrounds for the 52nd season of the Texas Renaissance Festival!
Ticket Booth Attendants are the first point of contact for guests entering the campground and play a key role in setting the tone for a welcoming and enjoyable experience. In this role, attendants are responsible for providing friendly, efficient service while managing ticket scanning and sales, sharing important campground information, and directing guests to the appropriate locations. Customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing experience is strongly recommended. We are seeking overnight opportunities too!
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate an assigned ticket booth independently and efficiently
  • Scan pre-purchased tickets and process on-site ticket sales
  • Provide clear, accurate campground information to each arriving vehicle
  • Direct guests with accommodation reservations to the Reservations Office for check-in
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and represent the campground in a welcoming manner
Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to remain professional, energetic, and “in character” throughout shifts
