  • Insecthusbandry
  • Biology, zoology, or agricultural science
  • Molecular biology or biotechnology with an interest in insect systems


Forscientist rolesyouwill have a first degree in a relevant subject (e.g.biological sciences,zoology,entomology,oragricultural sciencesetc.).

For senior roles, we welcome applicants with relevant postgraduate qualificationsas wellassignificant insectary/ transformation experience.


Experience in any of the following isrequired:

  • Insect husbandry and colony management
  • Maintaining, feeding, andmonitoringinsect life stages
  • Setting up controlled environment insectaries
  • Robustexperimental designand data collection
  • Genetic transformation ofinsectlifestages(including microinjection)
  • Insect transformation techniques (e.g., transgenesis, CRISPR-based modifications)
  • Microscopy
  • Phenotyping, screening, and tracking lineage genetics
  • Vector biology, agricultural pests, or model insect systems
  • Environmental or biosafety compliance in insect facilities
