Your Role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse
As a Home Hospital RN, you will provide higher-acuity skilled nursing care directly in patients' homes while supporting recovery, independence, and safe healing.
This specialized division does not require Medicare OASIS documentation, allowing you to focus more on patient care and clinical treatment.
Responsibilities include:
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Provide advanced skilled nursing treatments and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
