Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)Job description

Thrive Therapy Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) Competitive hourly rate Immediate opening for full caseload or part time hourly.

Thrive Therapy is a small, warm, and supportive company. We offer compassionate ABA to help our clients make real progress in real life! We are growing and can't wait to meet our newest members! Come join us!

LBS's role includes:

  • Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff

  • Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands on training and monitoring programs

  • Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness

  • Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles

  • Assessment of client progress over time

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Choose your own hours and locations

  • Lots of room to grow in the company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour based on experience
