This full-time position requires the Physical Therapist to work onsite at our outpatient office from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our practice emphasizes collaboration and teamwork among our healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. You will be expected to maintain a manageable caseload, seeing one patient per hour to ensure quality interactions and effective treatment outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand and fulfill the unique goals and needs of each patient.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to patient-specific requirements.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to elevate patients’ overall physical performance.
• Promote cost-effective treatment solutions that focus on enhancing mobility and diminishing pain while minimizing reliance on pharmaceuticals and surgical options.
• Document patient progress diligently, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files.
• Engage in regular communication with other healthcare providers involved in the patient treatment process to ensure coordinated care.
• Motivate patients continually throughout their rehabilitation journey, inspiring them to adhere to their treatment plans and maintain active lifestyles.
• Promote health and wellness, helping patients improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through customized fitness programs.
• Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize functional outcomes.

Our clientele consists of a broad range of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic conditions impacting mobility. This role demands a clinician who possesses a deep understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation, is committed to patient empowerment, and is skilled in delivering personalized therapy that addresses each patient's specific challenges. Each patient we work with receives individualized attention tailored to their recovery needs, with a focus on achieving optimal functional capacity and improved quality of life.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing effective therapeutic exercise routines specific to each patient’s condition.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient management.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to therapy.

• Experience in utilizing evidence-based practice methodologies to enhance treatment protocols.
• Familiarity with community outreach programs aimed at promoting health and wellness.
• Experience coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
