As a part of our collaborative remote team, you will have the flexibility to work from your home in Fort Worth, Texas, or anywhere in the state, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients. You will have access to a user-friendly therapist dashboard for managing your sessions, appointments, and notes—all designed to minimize paperwork and maximize client engagement.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' personal goals, guided by the principles of evidence-based practices.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy to adult clients using solution-focused methods that promote emotional resilience and mental wellness.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to facilitate engaging virtual therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive consistent and effective support regardless of location.
• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing urgent mental health challenges, employing appropriate strategies to ensure their immediate safety and emotional stabilization.
• Participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development activities to remain informed on best practices and evolving industry standards.

You will primarily work with adult clients from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your role is to foster a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to navigate their emotional landscapes, reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrable proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster trust.
• A strong sense of compassion, empathy, and a commitment to a non-judgmental therapeutic approach.
• Solid organizational and time management skills to balance caseloads effectively.
• A clean disciplinary record with no history of board actions.

While not required, experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will enhance your ability to meet diverse client needs. Previous experience in teletherapy settings is also advantageous, providing familiarity with remote engagement strategies and digital platforms.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
