Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for groups, couples, families, and individual clients, utilizing various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients and participate actively in case discussions.
