This position is based in Gilbert, Arizona, but allows for remote work flexibility. As part of a community health clinic, you will be a part of a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes collaboration and comprehensive care for clients. Our structured schedules from Monday to Friday allow you to focus on delivering exceptional care without the need for weekend hours.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for groups, couples, families, and individual clients, utilizing various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients and participate actively in case discussions.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops and remaining abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, families seeking support for relational issues, and couples navigating challenges in their relationships. This role emphasizes a tailored approach to therapy, recognizing that each client’s experiences and needs are unique. Your expertise will help in both crisis situations and ongoing therapeutic relationships, contributing positively to their overall mental health and emotional stability.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly within clinical settings.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards guiding counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with telehealth services is advantageous in this remote role.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, supplemented by performance bonuses.
