Thrive Counseling and Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. This role is executed completely remotely, allowing for flexibility in the workplace while facilitating a work-life balance. Our counselors utilize advanced telehealth platforms to connect with clients, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for therapy sessions. Additionally, our collaborative team leads daily virtual check-ins and supervision meetings to enhance professional growth and keep counselors informed on best practices. The position operates on a typical schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting consistency in care delivery.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health and substance abuse needs before, during, and after treatment, ensuring the selection of appropriate services and levels of care.
• Review and assess treatment plans, ensuring they align with regulatory guidelines for mental health and substance use, and provide support to clients through their treatment journey.
• Engage directly with medical directors and leadership teams to enhance the quality and efficiency of care provided, contributing to program improvements and client outcomes.
• Present and discuss cases during staffing and integrated rounds to ensure collaborative care and a unified approach to client treatment.
• Adhere to all policies and standards set forth by Thrive Counseling and Therapy Services while maintaining professionalism in practice.
• Participate in continuous professional development, contributing to an atmosphere of learning and growth within the organization.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; however, a Master’s degree in behavioral health from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Active licensure as a mental health counselor in Washington is mandatory for independent practice.
• Two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or behavioral health services.

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and ability to navigate and assess treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse.
• Familiarity with the utilization review processes within mental health care.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare teams to review care services, advocating for clients' needs effectively.

Thrive Counseling and Therapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
