Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Roll Thread Operator to set up and operate specialized machinery used in producing threaded fasteners. This position plays a key role in maintaining thread accuracy and quality through hands-on machine operation, precision measurement, and routine maintenance. Ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in producing high-quality industrial components.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up thread rolling machines by selecting and installing appropriate dies and configuring settings.
  • Operate thread rolling machinery, monitor performance, and feed materials to maintain consistent production flow.
  • Inspect finished fasteners using micrometers and gauges to ensure dimensions and tolerances meet specifications.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to machine operation or thread quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
