Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to blueprint specifications while maintaining quality and production standards.
Schedule & Pay
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Weekly Pay
  • Pay Range: $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
  • Measure and inspect finished parts using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
  • Adjust machine settings and tooling to ensure accurate production
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
  • Maintain quality standards and production deadlines
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
  • Operate overhead crane when needed to move materials and finished products
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous CNC press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
  • Experience with MAZAK equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings
  • Good analytical and mathematical skills
  • CNC: 2 years (Required)
  • Brake Press: 2 years (Required)
