Location: Quincy, IL
Shift/Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our night shift operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the performance and safety of our production machinery and facility equipment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety, health, quality, GMP, and food safety standards and policies

  • Respond promptly to maintenance trouble calls and breakdowns

  • Diagnose and efficiently repair or replace faulty equipment and machinery

  • Conduct and document preventative maintenance tasks

  • Perform bench repairs, as well as mechanical, electrical, and welding tasks as needed

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, man lifts, and other repair equipment safely

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed


Requirements & Qualifications
  • Prior maintenance or mechanical repair experience preferred

  • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal/written instructions in English

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to train and share knowledge

  • Must be dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

  • Flexible with schedule for overtime or emergency call-ins

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

  • Comfortable working in varied environmental conditions (noisy, damp, hot/cold)
