CRS Home Therapy, P.C. is a growing therapy staffing company providing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services to home health agencies throughout Illinois. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely, high-quality therapy services for our clients and patients.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Therapy Staffing Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and support our Therapy Staffing Operations Manager and scheduling department.
Position Summary
The Therapy Staffing Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in the daily operations of our therapy staffing department. This position is responsible for coordinating therapist schedules, managing staffing requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing outstanding customer service to our client agencies and therapy providers.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, technologically proficient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy visits for client agencies.
  • Assist the Therapy Staffing Operations Manager with daily scheduling and operational activities.
  • Communicate with therapists regarding schedules, availability, assignments, and coverage needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between client agencies, therapists, and internal team members.
  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and staffing requests.
  • Monitor therapist schedules and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and coverage issues.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
  • Utilize multiple software systems and electronic medical records (EMRs) to track referrals, staffing assignments, and therapist productivity.
  • Record and document inquiries, concerns, and service issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative projects as assigned.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and web-based applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
Preferred
  • Healthcare, home health, therapy staffing, medical office, or healthcare scheduling experience.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems such as TherapyBoss, WellSky (Kinnser), Axxess, MatrixCare, or similar healthcare software.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
