The Family Home Health Network, Affiliate of the Alden Network, is a provider of intermittent home health care, palliative care, hospice care, and skilled/custodial private care services throughout the Chicagoland area.

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler with Therapy experience preferred, to add to our team. This position is responsible managing patient referrals and scheduling field staff calls and visits for PTs, OTs and SLPs. Collaborating with the Team Leader to identify clinicians with the appropriate experience and skill set to match patient needs, you will develop and maintain strong and positive relationships with all staff.


THIS POSITION IS MONDAY-FRIDAY 830AM TO 5:00PM AND MOSTLY REMOTE. APPLICANT MUST LIVE IN ILLINOIS AND COME INTO THE OFFICE ON A MONTHLY BASIS.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with scheduling with Therapy preferred.

  • Excellent computer skills (proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Electronic Faxing and HCHB EMR experience is a plus).

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding customer service attitude.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance benefits/plans and medical terminology is required.
