Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - O'Neill, NE

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Country Lane in O'Neill, NE.


This role focuses on delivering skilled occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapy Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans designed to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, strength, cognition, and overall independence.


What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of care
  • Implement individualized treatment programs focused on functional and measurable outcomes
  • Treat adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting and rehabilitation settings
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomes

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
