Job description

JOB SUMMARY
Seasonal Administrative Support 1, reports to the Grower Relations department and oversees the collection, accuracy, reporting and distribution of daily grape information.
During our high-volume peak season, it is difficult to accommodate any extended time off.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Filing of weight certificates for all facilities.
  • Auditing of Grower Remittances, for payment.
  • Auditing of weekly loads of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
  • As needed - Auditing of Ripon Daily load edit.
  • Scheduling Support as needed.
  • Support updating and emailing of Allied Grape Growers Spreadsheet.
  • Answering / returning phones calls and emails.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to staff as needed.
