Job description

Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a productive work environment. This role supports staff, manages resources, and acts as a key point of coordination across departments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Maintain accurate supply inventory and place orders when needed
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and company events
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and recordkeeping
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience, Education, And Licensure:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Other duties as assigned
