Sizzler Family Steak House is building the next chapter of an iconic restaurant brand, and we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the team. This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn restaurant marketing from the inside out and be close to the work: menus, campaigns, photoshoots, guest-facing materials, restaurant communications, digital updates, local store marketing, openings, remodels, and brand projects.
One day you may be proofing menu panels or helping organize a campaign shoot. Another day you may be sending restaurant communications, routing guest feedback, updating location listings, organizing marketing assets, or helping get a new project ready for restaurants.

What You’ll Do
- Support brand campaigns, menu launches, photoshoots, local store marketing, restaurant openings, remodels, and special projects
- Help create, proof, organize, and distribute restaurant marketing materials, including menus, signage, campaign assets, and guest-facing materials
- Draft, format, proof, schedule, and send marketing communications to restaurants and franchise partners
- Help monitor guest care and marketing inboxes, route feedback, and flag recurring guest themes
- Support website and listings updates so guests can find accurate Sizzler information wherever they are looking
- Maintain organized marketing files, trackers, timelines, asset libraries, and approved brand materials
- Work with Operations, Culinary, Procurement, Finance, IT, agencies, vendors, restaurants, and franchise partners to keep projects moving
- Learn and apply Sizzler’s brand voice, visual standards, and approval process across guest-facing and restaurant-facing touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, restaurants, retail, hospitality, agency, or a related environment
- Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and details at once
- Basic understanding of websites, listings, digital platforms, and marketing communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and processes
- Able to communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, agencies, restaurant operators, and franchise partners
- Curious, dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed
- Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise experience is a plus, but not required
