Pay Rates for Certified Nursing Aide (CNA NAC)

Pay Range: From $22 to $27 per hour DOE.

At Bethany of the Northwest, we genuinely believe in what we do, that taking care of our employees ensures that we can provide supportive care and nursing services to people of all backgrounds. We provide care to our clients for home health and hospice services.

The certified nursing assistant will provide care to our clients in their own homes

  • Assistance with personal care, showering and dressing.
  • Personal care for clients unable to do this independently
  • Assistance with mobility and transfers
  • Monitoring vital signs
  • Physical and emotional support for clients and their families
  • Care of clients after passing to prepare their body
  • Communicate well with other healthcare professionals and the hospice/home health team to provide the highest standards of care

Requirements for Certified Nursing Aide (CNA NAC)

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with hospice care
  • An active Washington state-approved CNA certification training course
  • Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
  • Able to travelย to clients' homes in the Snohomish county area
  • Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Good communication skills and bedside manner with a compassionate personality
  • Up-to-date identification
  • Basic computer skills
