Join the Edustaff Spotlight Program as a School-Based School Social Worker Make a lasting impact-in the classroom and beyond. Are you a compassionate and driven School Social Worker ready to make a difference in students' lives? The Edustaff Spotlight Program is seeking experienced and empathetic social workers to provide critical support services to students and families. Help students overcome barriers to learning and promote emotional and social well-being in a collaborative and supportive school environment. What You'll Do: As a vital member of the Edustaff Spotlight team, you will:
  • Provide direct support services to students facing academic, social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop intervention plans tailored to support individual growth and success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote positive behavioral supports and student engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on coping skills, conflict resolution, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.
  • Connect families with community resources, mental health services, and support programs to promote student well-being.
  • Serve as a liaison between home, school, and outside agencies, ensuring open communication and consistent support.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP/504 planning, providing critical insight into the social-emotional needs of students.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with school, district, and legal standards.
  • Promote equity and inclusion, ensuring all students have access to a safe and supportive learning environment.

  • Hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
