Job description

The Role:

Under the direction of management,the Alcohol Compliance Representativeensuresresponsible service of alcohol throughout the entirevenuein accordance withState and company policiesand assistsstaff with any alcohol related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the serving of alcohol byevent-day staff.
  • Ensures staff is adhering to Legends'and state/localalcohol service policies.
  • Observes and documents all alcohol related issues or violations.
  • Ensures that the nightly alcohol cut-off time is effectively communicated to staff members and event guests.
  • Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Assist with alcohol cut-off and performs other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Will be responsible to monitor all employee's adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy.
  • Ability to interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
  • Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
  • Basic knowledge of customer service standards and guest relations and etiquette preferred
  • Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Must meet state and local health requirements for alcoholic beverage services

Licenses & Certifications:

Required -RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring, if necessary)

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

QualificationsEducation

High School or better.
