Job description

Join the team at The Waymark, a Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel, in downtown Chattanooga! We are hiring Line Cooks for our roof top bar and speakeasy!
Summary
The Line Cook prepares high-quality food items while maintaining consistency, safety, sanitation, and cost control standards to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and guests' requests and dietary restrictions
  • Label, date, rotate, and store food products per SOP and food safety guidelines
  • Follow all safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Properly portion items to control food costs and reduce waste
  • Check pars, complete prep work, and assist with line and buffet setup
  • Return unused food to proper storage, labeled and dated
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and follow Concord Hospitality policies
