Job description

Do you feel like you've spent years building your clinical expertise while everything else around it has gotten harder? Administrative tasks that expand to fill whatever time you have left, a schedule that doesn't bend when life requires it, the feeling that your experience isn't valued in your everyday work?
At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, and we know to do that, we have to do things differently: our clinicians have autonomy over their schedules and compensation models, we work in a true interdisciplinary model; and we invest in our team's growth through every stage of their careers. We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!
What Your Day Looks Like
Day to day, you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.
What We're Offering
Compensation options
Salary ($90,000-$122,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($35-$43.20/visit, $120/eval, $35-$36/meeting hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
Schedule flexibility and time off
Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and customizable schedules! We've built options around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.
Growth opportunities from the start
We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that's why we've built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:
  • A full membership to The Informed SLP, giving you unlimited access to evidence-based articles, therapy resources, CEUs, and clinical tools
  • Monthly learning cohorts featuring specialty topics, resource sharing, practical implementation ideas, and collaborative learning with your speech team
  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
  • Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Leadership opportunities
Leadership opportunities exist here if you want them. 100% of Woven Care's clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists. We're growing and we want people who want to grow WITH us!
Sign-on bonus
Up to a $15,000 bonus!
Student loan repayment
Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount!
Benefits options
Medical, dental, vision plans for individuals and families, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!
What You Need
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA CCC-SLP in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Colorado DORA SLP license, or eligible to obtain
  • BLS/CPR certification

At Woven Care, our clinicians are the backbone of what we do. We're dedicated to building a company that supports our clinicians. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of OTs, PTs, and BCBAs, working cross-functionally to make every day fun and interesting! You'll have the flexibility to structure your week around your family, not the other way around. And have leadership and mentor opportunities to grow with Woven Care!
At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!
