Job description

Are you ready to keep growing, collaborate with a strong team, and find a place that is genuinely invested in you?

At Woven Care, we're a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We're looking to hire clinicians who want to collaborate with a strong team and are ready to grow.  To attract and retain this kind of team, we do things a bit differently: prioritizing manageable caseloads to reduce burnout, providing administrative task support so clients remain the focus, and supporting our team with mentorship, learning opportunities and real career growth.

What Your Day Looks Like

You will join a team that loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our interdisciplinary model means you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with OT, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.

Day to day, you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.

What We're Offering

Schedule that fits your life

Four- or five-day work weeks, part-time options, flex days. Autonomy for you to build a schedule around your life!

Student loan repayment

Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount! Added up over your tenure with Woven Care, this benefit can save tens of thousands of dollars and years off your loan.

Growth opportunities from the start

We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that's why we've built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:

  • A full membership to The Informed SLP, giving you unlimited access to evidence-based articles, therapy resources, CEUs, and clinical tools
  • Monthly learning cohorts featuring specialty topics, resource sharing, practical implementation ideas, and collaborative learning with your speech team
  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
  • Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Compensation flexibility

Choose a model that works for you! Salary ($86,600-$115,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($35-$43.20/visit, $120/eval, $35-$36/meeting hour). We'll explain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-based monthly bonus

We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!

Sign-on bonus

Up to a $15,000 bonus.

Benefits options

Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!

What You Need
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA CCC-SLP
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Colorado DORA SLP license, or eligible to obtain
  • BLS/CPR certification

At Woven Care, you'll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that is ready to invest in your growth. We're building a team that takes the work seriously, supports each other deeply, and still manages to have fun!
