Description
The Cardinal Place Aide provides safe and nurturing care for school-aged children before and after school hours. This position involves supervising students during activities, ensuring a positive and structured environment, and assisting with age-appropriate games and learning opportunities. The Cardinal Place Aide supports students' social, emotional, and physical needs while fostering a positive atmosphere and building strong relationships with children and their families.
Requirements
  • Basic child development educational background or knowledge preferred.
  • Willingness to work with and show respect for students.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, patience, and flexibility.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to follow the Site Supervisor or Coordinator's plan and direction, and communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
