The Role
We're looking for an
Associate Brand Manager in Los Angeles to work on the Pabst portfolio, who's equal parts creative thinker and execution minded. This person is responsible for making sure our ideas make it from PowerPoint slides to store shelves in a way that stands out and drives purchase. This is a critical role to shape the future of Pabst and work collaboratively across all business functions.

What You'll Do
Commercialization and Execution
- Drive commercialization for Pabst's portfolio, including innovation, seasonal LTO's, and retail programming
- Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure nothing gets stuck in the idea stage
- Develop selling tools, retailer decks and activation plans that help sales win
Innovation and Product
- Support innovation work with cross functional teammates - from early stage concepts all the way to launch
- Track performance and learnings to inform future bets
- Manage artwork/packaging approval process, working with design, sales, legal, and operations to bring to life
Shopper and Retail Programming
- Build programs in partnership with the team that sells more beer across retail and on-premise channels
- Develop POS toolkits, displays and shopper messaging that stands out in a competitive beer landscape
- Become an expert on the brands at a regional level, understanding their nuances at a wholesaler, retailer, and consumer level to create effective marketing and retail programs
What You'll Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, shopper marketing, or project management
- BevAlc experience preferred, but not necessary
- You could come from the CPG world, or somewhere less traditional
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite (excel, powerpoint, outlook)
- Experience with syndicated data and analytics software (Nielsen, VIP, or similar)
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
- Highly organized operator, with strong project management skills, but you also care about the creative details
- Have and communicate your point of view, but also take feedback well
- Curiosity about what's next - you think about the Pabst that exists tomorrow, as well as the one people know and love
Additional Details
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience. This is an
in-office position based in Los Angeles, CA.
