Job description

The Boathouse is looking for a skilled bartender to join our team for the summer season! The right person should be passionate about hospitality and great food and beverage done right! The Boathouse, a part of the Bean Restaurant Group family of restaurants, is one of the premier dining destinations on the Connecticut River. We offer flexible schedules and a fun work environment and look forward to hearing from you!

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow established recipes, guidelines, and presentation standards
  • Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service to build a loyal customer base
  • Maintain knowledge of current drink menus and promotions
  • Operate cash registers and handle money transactions accurately
  • Stock and restock bar supplies as needed
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized and well-stocked
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by management.

  • Must have two years experience
