This position requires you to live within a 200 mile radius of our Nashville, TN office.
This position is required to be in the office for at least the first month for hands-on training.
After training is completed, your in office time is at least twice per month and upon Management request.

THDA is recruiting a Project Based Voucher (PBV) Rental Assistance Specialist in the PBV Program. The PBV Program is a rental assistance program that links federal subsidies to specific housing units on behalf of eligible families. This program is designed to increase access to affordable housing by working with property owners to dedicate units specifically for eligible low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience in a federal, state or local housing program, other social services or subsidized housing program. Experience with the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) or Project-Based Voucher is highly preferred. Experience working with the hard-to house populations, including participants served through HCV special purpose voucher programs, is also highly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent GED required; bachelor's degree is preferred. This position reports to the Nashville Office.
