This role is responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, structuring, and financial modeling of a regional Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) serving Allegany, Garrett, and Washington Counties. The Specialist supports ecosystem analysis, capitalization strategy, governance planning, and development of the final business plan and implementation proposal.
Work Location & Travel
Hybrid/remote work environment with periodic travel across Allegany, Garrett, and Washington Counties, in Western Maryland, for engagement sessions and research validation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Community Finance Ecosystem Analysis (Ongoing)
