As a Branch Manager you will split your time between supervising support staff in our Plant City, FL location while expanding our customer base in a sales role.  Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be self-motivated, have persuasive communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop strong customer relationships. This position has an education requirement of a BS or BA; prefer a degree in Construction Management or a similar field of study.

Main responsibilities include:

Manage support staff in location
Call on existing customers to retain and build business
Research and quote upcoming projects with contractors
Cold call contractors that use our products and gain their business
Document and track quotes on the CRM system
Build strong internal and external relationships
