Head Plant Engineer / Maintenance ManagerPosted 28-Jul-2026 (EST)111 Raines Street, South Hill, VA, USA$100,000 to $110, 000 SalaryFull TimeLooking for a dynamic leader, for a fast paced and growing company.Head Plant Engineer opportunity with a family-owned regional company who has been growing successfully since 1934. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of at least 3-5 years plant maintenance and leadership experience. Candidate must have the ability to communicate with all levels of management, manage and support engineering teams and believe in well-defined preventative maintenance programs.This position is responsible for the overall reliability, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement of all manufacturing equipment, facilities and related systems.
