Job description

Automotive Detailer Supervisor

An automotive detailer supervisor ensures the proper execution of the job, managing workflow; training new hires; creating and managing team schedules, and fulfilling customer's expectations.

Pay: From $20 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day operations and work flow within the shop.
  • Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability.
  • Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
  • Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants.
  • Oversees the day-to-day performance of employees.
  • Ensure the execution of the job in a safety manner
  • Responsible for quality control.
  • Manages all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.
