Qualifications:Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience, 1 year which was equivalent to at least the NH-01 pay band (GS-04 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying practical quality assurance methods and processes (e.g. interpreting technical data, data analysis, report writing, interpreting regulations) to ensure compliance with contract, quality and technical requirements during the processing, testing, repair, or assembly of systems, subsystems or components.
