The Dye Operator is a crucial part of our production process, ensuring operations run

smoothly and efficiently. Meticulous attention to detail will be vital as you oversee the dyeing

process, making necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect color and quality. Working

closely with our production team, you will prioritize workload and help meet our production

targets. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both efficiently and

effectively, will be instrumental to your success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Operate dye machines to color fabrics according to specifications, ensuring correct dye formulas and processes are followed.
  • Monitor and facilitate product development trials throughout the facility.
  • Maintain accurate records of dye formulas and production logs, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering requirements during manufacturing.
  • Document trial performance and communicate findings to the product development team.
  • Collaborate with planning, production, laboratory, customer service, and shipping departments to ensure seamless communication of material and product development information.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for interpreting setup sheets and SOPs.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Previous textile process and manufacturing experience is a plus.
