Sheehy Honda Alexandria  is seeking Experienced Internet Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. Selling with our internet team gives an opportunity to work with many customers every month across various channels and is highly regarded for managing the bulk of leads in our dealership. Team members are expected to handle each lead individually, providing exceptional customer service from lead conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of prior internet sales experience in ANY industry, a proven track record of sales success, strong communication, and negotiation skills and the ability to stay organized and manage priorities effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to build professional business relationships are essential in this role. Looking to hire immediately - In-house position (NOT Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming internet inquiries. internet phone leads and live text chat
  • Respond to emails and text chats in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Required 6 months of Internet Sales Experience in ANY field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual interaction
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask and work independently in a high-volume enviroment required
  • Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
  • Ability to hit sales quotas, closing percentages, response times and appointment metrics
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • In-House Position (NOT) Remote
