Description
The Member Relationship Advisor is responsible for proactively strengthening and expanding member relationships through outbound communication related to product and service recommendations and education. This role engages both current and prospective members by phone, email, text, and chat to promote the benefits of Park City Credit Union products and services. The Member Relationship Advisor can efficiently open basic memberships and accounts, assist with service enrollment, collect basic loan applications, and schedule appointments with specialists if appropriate.
Requirements
Enhanced goal achievement across retail channels. Individual goals related to outbound activities performed. This includes but is not limited to enrollment in eservices, upsold loans and credit cards applications, and upsold checking and other deposit accounts opened. Honors the internal credit union vision within every aspect of the position, always supports consistent execution of i4.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Above average communication and sales skills are required. At least 1 year in a sales role with proven sales success. Ability to multitask and use various programs for text/chat, email and calling. Experience in a financial institution is preferred but not required.
