You will provide technical assistance and service support to distributors, dealers, and customers through the Service Department Tech Line. Function as a Field Service Representative in the field when required, and participate in the following activities:
Provides technical support to customers by phone, text, chat and logs information for each call in database.
โ€ข Reviews and verifies labor warranty claims for processing.
โ€ข Supports National Accounts projects and follow up.
โ€ข Supports Consumer Products calls and determines action.
โ€ข Responds to routine correspondence request for service assistance.
โ€ข Identifies and reports potential emerging or major field service problems
โ€ข Coordinates certain start ups, working between KES and service providers.
โ€ข Assists Installation Coordinator with Technical support, contacting providers, and processing invoices.
โ€ข Provides scheduled On-Call 24 X 7 Tech Line support.
โ€ข Analyzes data as requested to identify possible warranty cause or risk.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
โ€ข EPA Refrigerant Usage certification, Type I & II.
โ€ข Minimum two-year Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Education Certificate or equivalent work experience.
โ€ข Windows based computer skills
โ€ข Microsoft Office proficient, especially Excel
โ€ข Must be able to understand and use CRM, SMS and entering live customer information
โ€ข Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week.
โ€ข Good communication and presentation skills.
โ€ข Professional Image
โ€ข Occasional Travel if necessary.
