• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients referred by physicians, establishing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions across a range of specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting while also having the opportunity to implement home-based therapy as needed, adapting techniques to align with physicians' plans of care.
• Communicate regularly with patients and their caregivers, offering education and training that empowers them to engage in their own recovery process.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and actively contribute to a welcoming and efficient clinic atmosphere.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to other business objectives through effective case management and strategic patient outreach initiatives.

As a Physical Therapist at Amber's Physical Therapy LLC, you will work with a diverse patient demographic that includes individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating after injuries in various physical domains such as sports and general wellness. Our focus is on providing care that promotes mobility and functionality, ensuring every patient feels heard and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer applications and documentation systems.
• A genuine enthusiasm for building relationships with patients, fostering trust and collaboration in their healing journey.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, demonstrating versatility in treating various patient populations.
• Experience using evidence-based treatment methodologies within a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Previous involvement in patient education and collaborative care approaches is highly desirable.

Amber's Physical Therapy LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
