Primary Care Physician

A growing, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a concierge-style practice focused on preventive and longevity medicine.

This full-time opportunity offers a highly personalized care model with smaller patient panels, extended visit times, and strong operational support, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care.

Primary Care Physician – Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated patient panel with a focus on personalized, preventive care
  • Conduct extended, in-depth patient consultations and assessments
  • Develop individualized care plans centered on long-term health and wellness
  • Utilize advanced diagnostics, testing, and health data to guide treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership on care protocols and best practices
  • Maintain responsive communication and high-touch patient engagement
Qualifications
  • MD with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
  • Active or eligible for state medical licensure
  • Strong interest in preventive, longevity, and patient-centered care
  • Comfortable leveraging technology and data-driven healthcare tools
