Job Summary
Seeking a Performance Tester with hands-on experience in ERP/CRM applications, performance testing tools, and cloud/container environments. The candidate will design, execute, and analyze tests to ensure applications meet performance and scalability requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute performance test scripts using JMeter/Blazemeter; optionally LoadRunner/StormRunner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance objectives and workload models.
  • Monitor system performance using APM tools such as Datadog, AppInsights, Grafana.
  • Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to development and operations teams.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration for automated performance testing.
  • Simulate realistic user behavior and load scenarios to ensure production-like testing.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Performance testing expertise with JMeter / Blazemeter (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with LoadRunner / StormRunner (preferred).
  • Experience with APM tools (Datadog, AppInsights, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of cloud/container environments (e.g., Azure, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
