Job Summary:
Accede Solutions Inc is a company seeking an IT Analyst to provide global IT support for various projects. The role involves troubleshooting machine integrated application problems, deploying new technologies, and ensuring documentation of changes to quality-relevant systems.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas
• Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equiptment
• Deploys the release of new technologies for OT Machines as well as installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level
• Responsible for troubleshooting machine integrated application problems as reported by users.
• Provides new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, configuration , data extraction & retention, installs new machines and maintains the underlying infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring and maintenance of the MOM applications
• Ensures that all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes.
• Will be Travelling up/to 40% Globally to all manufacturing sites AMER/EMEA/APAC
