Job Title : MES-MOM (Delmia Apriso)- Business and techno functional consultant
Job Type : Contract
Location : Lakewood NY ( Day 1 Onsite ) - Local or nearby only.
Job Description:
Need to operate from customer production site .
Experience in Solution Implementation, Development, Apriso Upgrades, Support and Customization on DELMIA Apriso.
Experience in Manufacturing Domain (MES) for Production line automation using Apriso FlexNet 9.5, 9.7, Apriso 2016,2017,2018,2019,2023.
Involved in Database Design, Development, Testing and Integration in Apriso FlexNet 9.5, 9.7, Apriso 2016, 2017 ,2018,2019.
Good knowledge of working on Process Builder, SQL - Scripts, Stored procedure, Functions.
Involved in Integration of MES System with ERP systems.
Good Knowledge of Business Integrator and Outbound/Inbound interface configurations.
Build and maintain complex SQL scripts using Joins, analytical functions, aggregate functions, materialized view and complex queries for data analysis and extraction.
Experience in Creating, Altering & Managing Indexes, Table Partitioning, Stored Procedures, Functions in SQL Server, and Oracle.
Worked and good understanding of Apriso/FlexNet Translation Tools, Global Process Manager, Package Deployment and Package Version controls.
Understanding/configuration of Central Configuration, CSS and Configuration Manager, configuration for Kepware OPC to MES systems.
In-depth knowledge of APRISO MES-MOM software and its functionalities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, manufacturing processes, and challenges, and provide expert advice on MES-MOM solutions tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Involved in Unit Testing and Continuous Integration Testing & Code review.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management.
Root Cause Analysis and working with Global Development Team to develop Long- term fix.
Co-ordination with Dev/ Release teams for code release /break fix .
Support deployment of code release/break fix if requested by plant team .
Support Production Sanity Testing if requested by plant team.
SLA Management
Problem Management
Weekly/Monthly status report
Application and Integration Monitoring
Administrative activities like user profile management, password reset, audits etc.
