Location: Austin, Texas
Unit: Antepartum/Postpartum (Women's Tower)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3x12s, 36 Hours per Week
Weekends: Rotating
Call Requirement: None
 

Compensation
  • W2 Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
  • Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend: $1,299.21
  • Weekly Gross Pay (36 Hours): $2,001.21
Job Overview

North Austin Medical Center is seeking an experienced Postpartum/Mom Baby Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. Join a collaborative and supportive team in a 24-bed Antepartum/Postpartum unit providing specialized maternal care.
 

Unit Details
  • 24-bed Antepartum/Postpartum unit
  • Patient ratios typically 3:1 to 4:1 (occasionally 2:1 based on acuity)
  • Team-oriented environment with experienced nursing staff
  • EMR: Meditech and CPN
  • Permanent opportunities available
Required Qualifications
  • Active RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience
  • Experience in Postpartum/Mom Baby nursing
Preferred Experience
  • Previous Labor & Delivery or Antepartum experience
