Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing / quality assurance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple releases.
  • Review and design test scenarios, test cases, and test strategy documents aligned to business requirements.
  • Validate Veeva Vault applications (QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, etc.), including workflows, configurations, and document lifecycle management (preferred).
  • Drive test planning, estimation, and resource coordination for QA activities.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing.
  • Manage and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and quality closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Dev, SMEs, Infra) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support audit readiness, compliance validation (CSV), and documentation activities (GxP / 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Mentor junior testers and ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards.
  • Prepare and present test metrics, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
