This role supervises a Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to build and maintain customer relationships. Travel required: 60โ€“70% domesticfor sales events and corporate meetings (Anoka, MN). **Responsibilities:*** Lead and manage sales team to drive growth and customer engagement* Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners* Support product development through testing and feedback* Develop promotional programs* Create and manage sales budgets* Support and grow sales**Requirements:*** Bachelorโ€™s degree* Minimum 60 months of progressive post-degree experience in a Sales Director or related sales role**Experience must include:*** Hunting, shooting, sporting goods, or related industry* Team management* External and internal ballistics, wound ballistics presentations* Bullet construction and use; long-range shooting techniques and applications* Communicating product value across firearms customer segments* Working with product development teams (testing and feedback)* Developing promotional programs* Budget creation and management* International sales**Work Environment:**Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives.
