What you’ll do:

  • Provide, post and update policies related to testing center use.
  • Coordinate the purchasing and implementation of assistive technology to support students with disabilities.
  • Schedule and oversee use of the testing room.
  • Maintain records of student usage and report data on usage, retention and success.
  • Communicate with faculty about temporary disability accommodations for students.
  • Oversee the distribution of accommodation letters to faculty in coordination with IT.
  • Provide academic coaching to students in coordination with the Director of the Academic Center for Excellence with a focus on athletes and students with temporary disabilities.
  • Engage in ongoing education to stay abreast of developments in the field of higher education disability services and learning support.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience related to administrative skills and education, teaching, and/or coaching.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred experience with Google suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff across campus.
