The Associate Product Manager (APM) - Merchandising drives the delivery of merchandising products and tools that generate business value, improve efficiency, and fundamentally enhance the associate and customer experience. As a strategic product owner with a strong understanding of business analysis, product management, and software development cycles, the APM partners with leadership to define and execute the long-term product vision. Drive the creation, refinement, and prioritization of user stories and epics within the product backlog. Actively guide and participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) to ensure continuous delivery of value. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language to influence and align business partners. Manage and oversee product rollouts, comprehensive process documentation, and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption. Direct testing activities, including defining test cases and validating user acceptance testing (UAT). Team and Stakeholder Management Lead cross-functional collaboration with Technology, UX, Data, and Merchandising teams, ensuring engineering solutions directly solve business and user needs.
