Test Manager

Test manager at Oregon. It will remote for few months and candidate has to work as per PST hrs. This is super urgent and it will closed by next week. Technical / Functional Proficiency: 1. 10+ years of experience in manual/automation testing of enterprise applications and cross functional applications. 2. 5+ years of experience in managing and leading projects with geographically distributed teams. 3. Ability to work in sprint, create stories, attend agile ceremonies and help in planning activities 4. Oversee test execution initiatives, adhering to test schedule and key milestones. Evaluate and escalate potential risks and issues that may adversely affect quality, schedule or budget. Good to have: 1. Knowledge of Teradata, Informatica, Amazon AWS, SAP Systems 2. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 3. People management responsibilities like performance management, career pathing, general administration. 4. Monitor QA activities, test results, defects, root cause analysis and identify areas needing improvement. Recommend and lead continuous improvement initiatives that will help mature the QA test program to improve team effectiveness and overall quality of products and services.
