We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented operator to work closely with the CFO on the company's most important strategic initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, operations, and external partnerships, supporting critical decisions as we scale across customers, products, and markets.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and strategic thinking with the ability to operate in fast-moving, technically complex environments. You will work cross-functionally across leadership, engineering, go-to-market, and external stakeholders to drive execution on high-impact initiatives across AI, robotics, and real-world infrastructure deployments.

What You Will Do

  • Partner directly with the CFO and leadership team on high-priority strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives

  • Support strategic partnerships, financing activities, market expansion opportunities, and other high-impact corporate initiatives

  • Conduct market, competitive, operational, and financial analysis across robotics, AI, industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors

  • Evaluate new business opportunities, strategic relationships, and adjacent market opportunities

  • Own projects end-to-end from analysis through execution across internal and external stakeholders

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning finance, operations, engineering, and go-to-market teams

  • Analyze company performance and key business drivers to support strategic decision-making

  • Build and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability across the organization

  • Develop materials and recommendations for executive leadership, investors, customers, and strategic partners

  • Work closely with senior leadership on company-critical decisions and initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, consulting, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or high-growth technology companies

  • Intellectual curiosity around AI, robotics, and real-world deployment challenges

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills

  • Comfortable operating in technically complex environments and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and operational teams

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup or operating company

  • Experience within industrials, infrastructure, aerospace & defense, enterprise technology, robotics, AI, manufacturing, energy, construction, logistics, or related sectors
