All-Stat Portable has provided mobile X-ray and EKG services since 1978. We deliver high-quality bedside diagnostics to patients in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and private residences.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee daily territory operations across all modalities, including X-ray, ultrasound, cardiac, and nursing.
  • Supervise, support, and motivate staff through in-person leadership, meetings, and ongoing communication.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and retaining qualified team members.
  • Monitor productivity, schedules, timekeeping, equipment, and vehicles to maintain efficient and compliant operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between field staff, clients, and executive leadership while addressing and resolving operational or service issues.
  • Step in clinically when needed to maintain coverage, service quality, and patient care standards.

What You Bring
  • Education & credentials: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Graduation from an accredited radiography or sonography program and current ARRT and/or ARDMS registration preferred but not required.
  • Healthcare experience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment; 3-5 years of experience in long-term acute care, skilled nursing, or mobile settings preferred.
  • Leadership & judgment: Proven operations management experience with strong leadership, planning, decision-making, and the ability to act decisively at the right time.
  • Operational & analytical strength: Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Independent, driven mindset: High level of initiative, creativity, and a "hunter" mentality to build, grow, and develop an assigned territory while working with minimal supervision.
  • Communication & technical skills: Strong computer proficiency, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to read, interpret, and document safety rules, procedures, and operational reports.
